Meals will arrive freshly cooked on 2 scheduled delivery days; Wednesday and Sunday. If you would like to request an alternative day, please do not hesitate to contact us. At the moment, we are not using a third party delivery service. A member from our team will deliver your order and ensure it arrives at your delivery address. Your meals will be cooled in transit. It is important that you’re present to accept your order as it is required to be refrigerated upon arrival.
Understanding the set delivery days:
If you do not place an order 24 hours before the next scheduled delivery day, you’ll receive your meals the following scheduled day. For example, if you placed an order on Tuesday, you will receive your meals on Sunday (not Wednesday) because you had not given a 24 hour notice. You will be allocated two set deliveries to ensure your meals are as fresh as possible.
